Flour Farm’s Secret Recipe
Are these crazy times or what?? As supply chain issues have thrown our business into the Twilight Zone, we have decided to make lemonade out of lemons and gift our customers with the ability to make Flour Farm blend at home. Yes! Dave and I see no reason to keep you from creating love and goodness in your kitchen just because we are unable to source organic sweet white rice, (believe us, we have tried every avenue available.) Special thanks to each and every one of you for your continued support. We have the MOST LOYAL customers; we consider you family! Hugs, hugs, hugs….

Let’s do this!
To make a batch of Flour Farm, you will need a scale. A scale is the best way to ensure that each ratio of the different flour ingredients come together to provide the results you expect. Next, use the highest quality ingredients you can find, which truly makes a difference. Also, VIP, we will be unable to answer any emails about how to switch out ingredients. This formula is the winning recipe that it is: Flour Farm Organic Gluten Free Flour Blend. Any other change creates a totally different creature that neither Dave nor I will know how to tame.
Expectations
We want to include a note about expectations: we use the finest quality organic ingredients and a talented group of individuals that blend for a living to produce Flour Farm. Your home blend may differ in taste, texture, particle size, and appearance. It might have a shorter shelf life. When you take the control elements out of the equation, anything can happen. Please be patient with your flour. Blend with love, which works for us.
Wishing peace and wellness to our entire Flour Farm family!
Happy Baking,
Teri & Dave
PS: If things change, and we are able to source products that we use with both availability and integrity, we will happily let you know that Flour Farm is back in business.
