Flour Farm Works with Small Business and Bakeries
Outside of family, there are few things that give Dave and I more pleasure than contributing to the health and success of others. Our mission is to serve peeps, and for this reason we’re excited to announce that outside of developing recipes and selling flour online, Flour Farm works with small business and bakeries! We enjoy helping entrepreneurs like ourselves to develop, grow and share their gifts. Let’s honor these creative businesses that have partnered with Flour Farm to bring delicious, gluten free goodness to market.
Small Chain Natural Grocery: New Seasons Market

New Seasons Market started with three families who opened a neighborhood market. Their mission was to create a place where people could come together with a common goal – to know where their food comes from. New Seasons Market supports regional farmers, growers, ranchers, producers and food enthusiasts. To describe the drive behind New Seasons Market in a sentence – “To Build Community Through Good Food.” This is a company based out of Portland, Oregon that walks it’s talk. Their efforts behind sustainability include a bicycle delivery system, (B-line), a B Corp rating, and donations to over 1,000 local organizations that support hunger relief, education, and environmental protection. Flour Farm is honored to grace a piece of real estate within New Season’s Stores. Check out their website for inspiration.
Local Coffee House: First Avenue Coffee
Our first wholesale business customer is located in Spokane, Washington. First Avenue Coffee serves “Damn Good Coffee for the Greater Good.” First Ave is a funky, downtown artist hang that features ten organic coffees roasted locally in Spokane by Roast House Coffee, (their F Bomb is killer.) First Avenue Coffee makes their own natural syrups and offers an entirely gluten free, baked-in-house menu. Most of their gluten free cookies, muffins, doughnuts and pastries are crafted with love using Flour Farm Organic Gluten Free Flour Blend. Deborah Di Bernardo is the mastermind behind both Roast House and First Ave. We couldn’t be more proud of Deb and her crew. We love you guys!
NC Innovators: Plant Cakes Bake Shop
Mark and Jess are two vegan entrepreneurs with a passion for dessert. Together, they built a thriving plant-based bakery in the heart of Wake Forest, North Carolina, (the first of its kind in their region). Plant Cakes Bake Shop menu selections are always dairy free, egg free and plant-based. Mark tells us that Flour Farm makes the best cakes he has ever tasted, and his customers couldn’t agree more. Find Flour Farm expertly baked into doughnuts and other delights served at their “dessert bar.” Dave and I are so thrilled with the success of this dynamic duo and wish them all the best in their new location.
Organic Stewards: Oyler’s Organic Farms & Market
Oyler’s Organic Farms and Market, located in Biglerville, Pennsylvania, is a gorgeous new addition to our group of wholesale friends. Oyler’s is a family owned (five generations!) and operated farm that offers for sale their own raised or grown organic products as well as local and specialty goods. They are currently selling Flour Farm in their on-site Market to customers in need of gluten free, organic flour. Flour Farm meets their standards of integrity. Please reach out to any member of the Oyler Family and offer your support. They are committed to being true organic stewards of the land. Dave and I are so proud to be even a small part of their success.
Creative Powerhouse: Dessert Girls GF

Ron and Gladys Jahn are two incredibly driven, creative and gifted people of integrity who founded Dessert Girls GF. Both are committed to offering simply the Best in Show for organic, gluten free desserts. They know how to WOW! Over the past year, we’ve worked closely with Ron and Gladys to foster a relationship that brings out the best in both of our endeavors, which turns out to be a win-win for everyone. This dynamic duo is currently working to open an organic, gluten free retail bakery in Scottsdale, AZ as their orders necessitate the space and face of a retail storefront. Given Glady’s flair for style and Ron’s background in engineering – they will no doubt create a gluten free bakery for others to model. It is Gladys and her gift of creative vision that brings Flour Farm to life in her baked goods. We thank you!!
