Recently, we were interviewed by the lovely Ms. LeAnn Bjerken of the Journal of Business, Spokane & Kootnei Counties. She wanted to discuss the sale of Dave’s restaurant and our new adventure: Flour Farm. We took the opportunity to share our vision and mission with our community. We wanted to create a product with integrity, which would become the foundation for delicious, gluten free food. Flour Farm Organic Gluten Free Flour Blend is that product.
Ms. Bjerken timed the publication of the article perfectly. Three days after its release, our friends Mike and Susan Readel took official ownership of Latah Bistro and Latah Latte on Easter. The following day, Flour Farm pouches and bags traveled to Amazon distribution centers. Flour Farm flour is now available to everyone. Woo!
The response to the publication has been greater than we imagined. Special thanks to LeAnn and to all of the businesses and individuals who have expressed support this past week. Wow! We live in a beautiful city with amazing people.
