FLOUR.FARM is the best gluten free flour EVER! ( I’ve spent time and money on other gluten free recipes only to end up giving it to the chickens, which by the way even they would not eat it.) Using FLOUR.FARM recipes– I have made cookies, pancakes, muffins, pizza dough, pie crust and today it was cornbread. Not one crumb was wasted. I enjoy baking once more, since I have fibromyalgia I stopped cooking with gluten. Another plus is that it is all ORGANIC- which to me means NO chemicals equals NO pain. A BIG THANK YOU to the people that made this flour! I just ordered 2 more bags. If it was on subscribe and save it would be on my list. Once again Thank you Flour.farm!

I am over the moon about this flour! I was an avid baker before I found out I am severely allergic to gluten and because of crummy outcomes I haven’t baked very much. This flour has changed my mind! It’s beyond splendid in everything I’ve made from banana pancakes to pie crust. ❤️

As I have gotten older, I find that I am more sensitive to gluten so have been looking for a gluten-free flour that bakes like All Purpose Flour. I found it in this product and am so thrilled! I’ve been looking for a gluten free flour that offers organic almond and coconut flour mixture for a while. I tried flour farms and loved it. I appreciate all the natural ingredients in this flour. I’ve baked with it and used some recipes off the Flour.Farm website and they are delicious. I will definitely continue to buy this flour and highly recommend it.
My kids are beyond picky eaters and can spot a “healthy” cookie from a mile away and avoid it like the plague. And I personally have never found a gluten free cookie that I liked – they’re usually super puffy and cake-like. So, I decided to try the chocolate chip cookie recipe on the Flour.Farm website using their organic gluten free flour blend. And let’s just say my kids (and the neighborhood kids) devoured every one, and they didn’t even realize they were gluten free. I even used ‘healthy’ low-sugar chocolate chips and coconut sugar. They tasted like “real” cookies, and they were not cakey at all… I’m not a super baker, but I’m going to start using this flour to make healthier versions of baked goods that my kids love – plus it’s freezable! Super happy with this flour! 🙂
Yesterday, I used the flour blend for GF vegan donuts that I sell at the local Farmers Market. They were a delicious hit! The baked donuts raised nicely, I (and my customers) didn’t note any grittiness — I do let the batter sit for 30 minutes before baking — and the ratio for wheat flour replacement recommended on the package was spot on. Thanks to both Amazon and Flour Farm for their excellent customer service and great product. I just ordered another bag!
